We have protocols that MUST be followed.

Prior to your arrival: Patients will be emailed and required to complete an online health history and consent agreement.

Appointment time: Please arrive unaccompanied and on time for your appointment. Please do not come early for your appointment as we do not have reception.

Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged as the following; 1st time - $35.00, 2nd time - 50% appointment fee, 3rd time - 100% appointment fee. All appointments with less than 1 hour notice or do not attend their appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

Cleaning protocols within the clinic follow the health standard act. We have a water dispenser and encourage you to bring your refillable water container with you to fill.

We are unable to bill ICBC or WorkSafeBC directly at this time. We direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross and Medavie (RCMP, veterans affairs) All other insurance policies: Will have to be paid in full at the time of your appointment and directly submitted for reimbursement to your extended health provider.

Restroom: The massage clinic is not responsible for the maintenance of the public washroom.

We offer massage therapy that will be tailored to your therapeutic needs. In your treatment time we will go through an interview to assess needs, assessment as needed, treatment, and homecare provided.

Chantelle Lacelle RMT

Chantelle graduated from the Massage Therapy program with honours at Okanagan Valley College of Massage. As a life-long Okanagan resident, she is excited to bring her treatment style and skill set to GMT.

After being immersed in human anatomy and physiology over a decade ago, her fascination with the human body has only grown and led her to find her passion in Massage Therapy.

Favourite techniques to use include; active techniques, use of IASTM, myofascial release, trigger point release, and Swedish techniques. She believes in clients having an active role in their well-being and is happy to provide home care (stretches, exercises) to facilitate longer relief and support the well-being of the client.

Whether you have specific pain/injuries to address or you want to feel better overall from your regular work/life activities, Chantelle can help you achieve your goals.

Please note, her treatment style is not suitable for those looking strictly for relaxation massage.
